information overload became the silent cancer of organisations : information is destressing, Information is cause of less productivity and innovation, Information is responsible for deterioration of relationship between colleagues and a loss of satisfaction at work.
Email became in twenty years the dominant tool everywhere in the world at work.

With the digital we entered the area of the permanent synchronization between everybody, everywhere, anytime : the famous ATAWAD. So it became very difficult not to answer to a solicitation... We need to regulate ! The younger generations have new aspirations : they place the balance between personal and professional life BEFORE their professional success.

In France we have since 1 January 2017 the law to disconnect which allows employees not to answer their solicitations on their rest periods, week-end and holidays.

In the world this french law is an exception. But in Belgium and in Germany there are legislative proposal and the European committee thinks about it.

The organisation of working time and working arrangements is considered a priority by employees.
